Cristiano Ronaldo is poised to maintain his position as the highest-paid footballer globally with a new contract that reportedly guarantees him a staggering €550,000 per day at Al-Nassr.
The 39-year-old Portuguese superstar is set to earn an incredible €183 million annually under the terms of his new deal, which translates to €15.25 million per month, €3.8 million per week, and €550,000 daily.
In Pakistani rupees, Ronaldo’s yearly earnings will amount to a massive Rs53.07 billion, equivalent to Rs159.5 million per day.
In addition to the generous salary, Al-Nassr is also offering Ronaldo a 5% ownership stake in the club as a mark of their trust in his leadership and commitment.
This new deal follows reports that Ronaldo set specific conditions for renewing his contract, including a request for Al-Nassr to strengthen their squad to compete with top teams like Al Hilal and Al Ittihad. Ronaldo is reportedly keen on playing alongside high-profile players, and one name linked to a potential move is Brazilian midfielder Casemiro.
Although Casemiro’s contract with Manchester United runs until next year, he has not been a regular starter under manager Ruben Amorim. With his role at United diminished, it is believed the Brazilian could be transferred, opening the possibility for a reunion with Ronaldo, with whom he has played 122 matches for Real Madrid and United, scoring seven goals together.
