ISLAMABAD: Gold prices in Pakistan continued their upward trajectory, mirroring trends in the global market.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs200, reaching an all-time high of Rs292,400.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs171, bringing it to Rs250,685.
In the international market, gold prices also edged higher, rising by $2 to reach $2,799 per ounce, with an additional premium of $20.
Meanwhile, silver prices in the local market saw a slight decline, with 24-karat silver per tola dropping by Rs5 to settle at Rs3,265.
