Fakhar Out, Imam-ul-Haq In
In a major blow, Fakhar Zaman has been ruled out of the tournament due to an injury sustained during Pakistan’s first match against New Zealand. Despite his efforts to continue playing, Fakhar was unable to recover and has been withdrawn from the squad. Imam-ul-Haq has been named as his replacement, with the ICC’s technical committee approving his inclusion. Imam will join the team in Dubai tomorrow.
