A blast has been reported in Jamia Masjid Dar-ul-Aloom Hadania in Nowshera. Initial reports indicate injuries to worshipers in the blast.
Police and rescue teams have rushed to the blast site to provide relief to victims of the blast. According to police, the tragic incident seemed to be an outcome of a suicide attack.
According to eye-witnesses, the blast occurred after Friday prayer, inside the Madrassa.
Moulana Haq
Police claimed that Moulana Hamid Haq was the target of the suicide attack. As per initial reports, two casualties have been reported in the Madrassa Haqqania after Friday prayer blast.
Twenty people have suffered injuries in the blast and some of them are in critical condition.
About 25 policemen were deployed for the security of the masjid.
