ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cyber Crime Circle in Islamabad has arrested a man accused of running a hate campaign against state institutions.
According to an FIA spokesperson, the suspect, identified as Haider Saeed, was apprehended during a raid in Bani Gala, Islamabad. He is accused of spreading negative propaganda and derogatory content related to the Jaffar Express incident.
Saeed is also alleged to have supported and promoted banned terrorist organizations on social media. Investigators claim that he not only targeted state institutions with inflammatory rhetoric but also shared statements in favor of extremist groups.
The FIA has seized his social media accounts and other digital evidence as part of an ongoing investigation. Authorities have confirmed that strict legal action will be taken against him.
