Prime Minister’s advisor Rana Sanaullah has firmly warned that Pakistan will destroy any dam India constructs to obstruct its water flow, asserting that the country’s armed forces are fully capable of responding to such threats.
In a recent statement, Sanaullah stressed that India could only block Pakistan’s water by building a dam, but Pakistan would never permit such a structure to exist. “If India constructs a dam to stop our water, we will demolish it,” he declared.
He further underlined that Pakistan’s military is fully equipped and ready to counter any threats to the nation’s water security, adding that preventing the construction of any such dam falls under Pakistan’s broader defensive strategy.
