PSB Director General Yasir Pirzada highlighted that these disbursements were made according to a structured system defined in the National Sports Policy, which considers the level and prestige of each competition.
Looking ahead, Pirzada announced that an additional Rs10 million will be distributed in the coming weeks before the end of the fiscal year. This next round of rewards will include athletes such as javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem and medalists from the Special Olympics.
