Mohamed Saif Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD), has been awarded Pakistan’s prestigious Hilal-e-Quaid-e-Azam in recognition of his significant role in deepening Pakistan-UAE bilateral relations.
The award was presented by Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Ishaq Dar, during a formal ceremony held in Abu Dhabi. Conferred on behalf of the President of Pakistan, the accolade celebrates Al Suwaidi’s steadfast commitment to strengthening ties between the two brotherly nations.
Senator Dar expressed Pakistan’s sincere appreciation for ADFD’s longstanding support for development projects across the country, noting that such collaboration has played an instrumental role in Pakistan’s economic progress.
In accepting the award, Al Suwaidi thanked the Government of Pakistan for the honor and reaffirmed ADFD’s continued commitment to advancing cooperation with Islamabad. He also emphasized the shared vision for prosperity and mutual development in the region.
Both sides reiterated their intention to further expand economic engagement and strategic collaboration for long-term regional stability and growth.
