ISLAMABAD: The Registrar Office of Islamabad High Court has refused to entertain the bail before arrest application of the PTI chairman Imran Khan on Monday. The IHC Registrar, however, has advised the PTI lawyers to approach the anti-terrorism court for this purpose.
The objection was raised by the high court’s registrar office number three. The PTI chairman failed to submit his biometric while a certified copy of the terrorism case was also not provided.

On Sunday the government registered a terror case against the PTI chairman for hurling threats at the inspector general of the Islamabad police, his deputies and a lower court female judge.
According to the first information report filed against Imran, he has been accused of spreading terror by threatening state institutions and government officials.
It has been alleged in the FIR that Imran’s alleged threats were a tactic to pressurize state institutions into not taking action against any accused person of the PTI.
