ISLAMABAD: Chairman PTI Imran Khan appeared in the Islamabad High Court on Monday noon in connection with the contempt of court case involving Khan’s threats to female judge Zeba Chaudhry.
PTI leaders Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Babar Awan and others are also accompanying Imran Khan.

Islamabad High Court is resuming hearing of the case. Last week, PTI chairman went to the court of female judge Zeba Chaudhry to seek apology, but the judge was not present in the office at that time.
Earlier, in his second reply to the Islamabad High Court, Imran Khan regretted his remarks against judge Zeba Chaudhry and apologised in the court saying he would himself meet the female judge and apologise from her.
The court will decide whether to frame charges against Imran Khan in today’s hearing after the PTI chairman submitted another response on Saturday.
A larger bench, headed by IHC Cheif Justice Athar Minallah and comprising Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb, Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri, and Justice Babar Sattar, will resume the hearing at 2:30pm.
At a hearing on September 22, Khan had surprisingly apologised before the IHC and assured the bench that he would not issue such a statement again, leading the court to delay his indictment.
However, for the third time Imran Khan avoided unconditional apology in the contempt case as he submitted his response to IHC last week.
This is a developing story and it will be updated further………..
