Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is preparing for potential governance responsibilities following the establishment of committees aimed at facilitating government formation in the Center, Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.
After a significant meeting, the PTI core committee issued a statement outlining its decisions and future strategies.
As per the statement, specialized committees have been created by the PTI core committee to devise strategies for government formation in crucial regions such as the Centre, Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These committees have been assigned the task of providing recommendations for governmental and parliamentary positions in their respective regions.
The statement emphasizes the party’s dedication to promptly selecting candidates for key governmental and parliamentary roles based on the suggestions put forth by these committees.
Furthermore, the party statement commended the Pakistani populace for demonstrating “political and democratic maturity” during the February 8th elections. However, it also expressed concerns regarding alleged irregularities in the electoral process, noting that both domestic and international voices have raised issues regarding these matters.
With the establishment of committees, PTI is poised to advance towards potential government formation.
