RAWALPINDI – Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir visited Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Rawalpindi on Monday to meet soldiers and civilians wounded during Operation Bunyān-un-Marsoos, the military’s media wing, ISPR, reported.
During the visit, General Munir personally met with each injured individual, commending their remarkable bravery, resilience, and dedication to the nation. He assured them of the Pakistan Army’s full commitment to their ongoing care, rehabilitation, and long-term welfare.
“The bravery and sacrifices of our civilians and soldiers form the bedrock of Pakistan’s national security,” the Army Chief said. “The entire nation stands in absolute solidarity with every member of its armed forces.”
General Munir also emphasized that no scheme or conspiracy by the enemy can undermine the resolve and unity of Pakistan’s armed forces.
Highlighting the significance of the recent military response, he stated that the unified national support and collective resolve displayed during Operation Bunyān-un-Marsoos represent a defining moment in Pakistan’s defense history.
