Lahore Police have arrested popular TikToker Nadeem Mubarak, widely known as Nadeem Naniwala, for allegedly using a fake number plate on his vehicle.
According to official reports, the arrest took place during a routine traffic stop near Main Boulevard in Lahore’s upscale Defence area.
Nadeem Naniwala, who has gained significant fame on TikTok for his comedic and lifestyle videos, was caught by the Defence C Police during a random vehicle inspection.
During the stop, officers discovered that the number plate on his car was fraudulent, leading to his immediate detention.
Law enforcement officials confirmed that a case has been registered against the social media personality, citing violations related to the use of a fake vehicle registration number.
A police official from the Defence C Police Station elaborated on the incident, explaining that routine checks are part of ongoing efforts to curb unlawful activities, including the use of unregistered or forged vehicle plates.
Nadeem was reportedly cooperative during the arrest, but the use of a counterfeit number plate is a serious offense under Pakistani law.
