NADRA has introduced an online biometric verification service for the sale and purchase of vehicles registered in Islamabad, now accessible through the Pak-ID mobile app.
With this new feature, citizens can complete the biometric verification process from home, removing the need to visit any office for this requirement. Once verification is done, buyers and sellers can carry out the remaining transfer steps at the concerned department.
The service has been added under the “ICT Vehicle” category within the Pak-ID app, which already offers a range of identity-related services. According to NADRA, this enhancement is designed to make vehicle transfer procedures faster, more convenient, and more secure.
Users can access the new facility directly through the Pak-ID mobile app.
