Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is set to expand its international network with the introduction of a new direct flight route from Lahore to Paris, beginning June 18.
A spokesperson for the national airline announced that the service will operate once a week, with departures scheduled every Wednesday from Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
PIA already runs two weekly direct flights from Islamabad to Paris. With the addition of the Lahore–Paris connection, the airline will now offer a total of three direct weekly flights to the French capital, improving travel options for both Pakistani passengers and the European diaspora.
“This new route is part of PIA’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its presence in Europe and make international travel more convenient for our customers,” the spokesperson said.
The airline also hinted at further expansion, noting that additional European destinations are being considered, with plans to launch more routes in the near future to meet growing passenger demand.
