ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif today announced a 13-member committee of the government led by interior minister Rana Sanaullah for holding talks with PTI chairman Imran Khan.
Interior Minister, however, said that the PTI chief will have to sit with the government team, comprising representatives from the PDM to hold unconditional talks.
PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry, nonetheless, termed the government’s committee ‘non-serious’ saying that if Nawaz Sharif is not willing to discuss new elections date, then holding talks with the government’s body is an exercise in futility.

Former prime minister Imran Khan, who he leading long march on the second, from Shahdara to Kamoke, said, “wait for me in Islamabad where I will make an important announcement.”
n Saturday, the second day of march, Imran Khan said that ‘no one’ could stop the long march to Islamabad. PTI today resumed the march from Shahdara, near Lahore.
Former PM said that the people would have to wait for him to reach Islamabad before he revealed his next decision.
Khan reiterated his demand for immediate fair elections, saying, “no one could prevent that”.
Khan said his party would remain within the Constitutional ambit during the march.
