Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has been praised as a “climate change warrior” and a leading environmental voice from South Asia.
The recognition came during a meeting in Belem city with Valerie Hickey, World Bank’s Global Director for the Climate Change Group. Hickey highlighted CM Maryam’s strong commitment to environmental protection and sustainability.
