ISLAMABAD: The dead body of TV anchorperson Arshad Sharif has been dispatched to Pakistan from Kenya today.
Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb stated this on Tuesday morning.
She said that Kenyan government expedited legal process after Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif talked to Kenyan President.

Marriyum Aurangzeb said that Pakistani High Commissioner Saqlain Syeda personally monitored the process to ensure Arshad Sharif’s body is sent to Pakistan as early as possible.
Flight QR1342, carrying the coffin of Arshad Sharif, departed from Nairobi at 3:25 PST Tuesday and it will have a brief stopover in Qatar for refueling. The flight QR0632, flying from Doha at 2235 PST today, will land at the Islamabad International Airport at early Wednesday morning.
Minister said that PM Shehbaz Sharif has urged the Kenyan President to make sure a fair and transparent probe into the murder of Arshad Sharif.
