ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has issued a code of conduct in connection with indictment of PTI chief Imran Khan in the contempt of court case for threatening judge Zeba Chaudhry.
PTI Chief Imran Khan is appearing before a five-member bench on Thursday.
Earlier, in the previous hearing, the IHC announced that the court will indict Imran Khan on Sept 22 as he failed to tender unconditional apology.
Regarding the code of conduct, the IHC Registrar today issued a circular outlining the code of conduct for Thursday’s hearing.
The larger bench of the IHC will commence the hearing on September 22 at 2:30 noon in courtroom No. 1. Only pass holders will be allowed to enter the courtroom.

According to the code of conduct, 15 members of Imran Khan’s legal team will be allowed to enter the courtroom. The attorney general office and advocate general office will issue passes to 15 law officers, it said.
The registrar has instructed the police and district administration to ensure security arrangements in order to maintain the court decorum.
Earlier, the court has ordered the dismissal of terrorism sections included in the FIR against Imran Khan for threatening judge and top police officials. The court said that the address of Khan does not fall in the category of terrorism.
