ISLAMABAD: A Karachi-based meat exporting company, Al-Shaheer Corporation Limited (ASC) has signed a business relationship agreement with McDonalds Pakistan for the supply of beef products through its Lahore Frozen Food Facility.
“It is our great pleasure to announce that ASC is the first ever Pakistani company to enter into a Business Relationship Agreement with McDonalds Pakistan, for the supply of beef products”, the company in a notice said.
With this arrangement, there will be no propaganda in Pakistan against McDonalds about the use of non-Halal beef products in the country.
McDonalds Pakistan’s interest in ASC is a testament to company’s commitment to upholding international standards and producing top-of-the-line products, it added.
The company further stated that this agreement will have a positive impact on ASC’s revenue and profitability, thereby generating returns for its shareholders.
Al-Shaheer Corporation is one of the largest meat exporters in Pakistan.
