Among the most sought-after are the Koh-e-Murree, Laari, Dachi, and the rare black camel, each admired for their unique traits and cultural significance. Prices vary widely, reflecting differences in breed, size, and overall presentation. The cost of a sacrificial camel ranges from Rs500,000 to as high as Rs3 million.
The market has become a focal point for those preparing for Eid, as families explore their options and negotiate prices. Breeders and traders are showcasing their finest animals, hoping to secure good deals during the peak buying season.
