Ramazan Package
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has announced a special Ramazan relief package to support deserving families across the province.
Official sources confirmed on Saturday that under this initiative, each selected family will receive financial assistance of Rs10,000 during the holy month of Ramazan.
As part of the program, the provincial government aims to provide relief to families struggling with financial hardships. A total of 5,000 families will be selected from each of the 115 constituencies in KP, ensuring that the aid reaches those who need it the most.
The selection process will be carried out by designated government departments to ensure transparency and fairness in distribution.
The financial assistance will be distributed in the form of Rs10,000 cheques, which will be handed over to the selected families within the first 10 days of Ramazan.
To oversee the process and maintain accountability, the entire operation will be closely monitored from the Chief Minister’s House.
According to government sources, a total budget of Rs8 billion has been allocated for the Ramazan package. The initiative is designed to provide relief to low-income families who often struggle with increased expenses during the month of fasting.
By ensuring direct financial support, the KP government aims to help beneficiaries manage their daily expenses more comfortably during this sacred period.
The program reflects the provincial government’s commitment to social welfare and aims to ease the economic burden on underprivileged families.
Authorities have assured that the selection and distribution process will be conducted transparently, ensuring that only deserving households benefit from the initiative.
This relief package comes as part of broader efforts to provide financial assistance to vulnerable communities and support them during significant religious and cultural occasions.
