KARACHI – A 47-member Saudi delegation will arrive at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport on April 27, 2025, as part of the “Road to Makkah” project aimed at simplifying the Hajj process for Pakistani pilgrims.
The delegation will first land at Islamabad International Airport before proceeding to Karachi later the same day. During their visit, the team will assess immigration arrangements under the initiative.
The “Road to Makkah” project allows Pakistani pilgrims to complete their immigration formalities at Karachi Airport before departing, enabling them to bypass immigration upon arrival in Saudi Arabia. This pre-clearance system is designed to ease travel procedures and enhance the overall Hajj experience for Pakistani pilgrims.
